QUOTE(matrix88 @ Mar 18 2018, 02:10 PM) thank you for your advise. I understand the FAQ on first page, but can anyone enlighten me how many KM usually you get before changing your engine oil. I k, ,understand the more severe you use your turbo, it is faster, but rougtly how many km? 5k, 6k, 7k, 8k, 9k or 10k? Just did my 1st 1000 inspection yesterday, according to SC it is normal, so I guess my next service visit will be 5000.thanks My colleague civic traveling 10km to work and back daily no jam at all, oil lasted 7000 |

No sure you are already owner or thinking to get one.thanks Try understand your car need and priorities, if a lot city driving like me and might worry engine oil change then think twice, check with some civic and crv owner around you. To me maintenance minder just work on generic estimation, owner should have our own judgement but have to follow to keep the warranty. In my case, it is really short especially considering morning I go to work around 10am to avoid traffic peak hour & evening I didn't go through any traffic jam. still early to say, gonna see how it works over time. Anyway I plan to change out the oil and oil filter before 1st 10000 so no big deal for me now and I am going to make long trip highway test to South or north to see it any improvement on oil life before next service. |

QUOTE(berann @ Mar 18 2018, 08:46 PM) I think is not normal to drive only 800km but oil life dropped to 5.1k. At this rate, meaning you have to go for your 1st oil change service at 1600km+ with oil life "0" in 1 month. I notice from 5.1k first appeared, now is pretty much 1:1I service my TC every 6 months. Day day jam to work about 20km per day.. bumper to bumper + 2-3 trips back Taiping Perak (Every 6 months)+less/no jam on weekend. Btw i'm aggressive driver, when no traffic, ill speed My first service - 6 months managed to drive 6300km , 12 months service improved to 7000km and 18months service improved further to 7400km. I don't drive a lot, every 6 months, my oil life still remain about 200-500km. |

QUOTE(seand19 @ Apr 30 2018, 09:54 AM) the foglights look brighter because the shop didnt change to led h8 bulb but to h11, same as low beam so that's why i looks brighter. apparently one of the staff there also did the same so they recommended it. imo i prefer my foglights to be a bit dimmer than my lowbeam but it works better at night. Hi bro, can share where you change the bulb?shine bright like a diamond |
