Anyone recently sold their 2016 Civic TC-P? Just wondering what is the market price - mudah survey is around 98k which is too good to be true

Satellite blinking - GPS not able to get a lock. If you just turned on or at underground / covered area, it is normal. If driving on the road for 5 minutes already, but still unable to get a lock, it might be a concern.

Can reset manually. On HU - Press home -> select settings -> press vehicle settings -> scroll down to maintenance info and press it to select it -> Press reset.

A screen will pop up asking if you really want to reset it or cancel. press reset and that should do it. Likewise, your maintenance minders should be gone and the oil life should read 10,000km.

Sleuthing on the net revealed that this issue is most likely connected to the battery. Try driving around first, then park normally. After that, try remote start. If it works then, it should be your battery is not holding the proper charge for remote start.

Not sure what model is your car, what year, or even this is applicable on the facelift. Previously on the 2016 launch model, only TCP has this verbal reminder. To turn this on/off, go to Settings, System, Sound/Beep, Verbal Reminder.

Change later la… why change if new car? Waste of money only. Wait 1 year or until they advise to change. Battery is considered as consumable, and can change outside. No issues with warranty - never heard declined warranty due to change battery outside

Warranty is unlimited mileage 5 years. If still below 5 years, can still claim

Not sure - if it’s a hard to reach place, I would imagine so. But steering rack not sure why 2-3 weeks unless they keep it for “investigating, claiming, waiting for parts, replacement” all-in

I am personally using this product for my family cars. It something like a hard plastic to stick the RFID to, and the decal itself to stick the rfid + plastic to the inside of the windscreen.

So far I only kena once where it did not detect - I was admittedly driving a bit too fast through the rfid lane once I reversed out a bit, it detected normally.

Yes, on the inside, top left area. I suggest, if you want to stick it in the inside of the wind screen & have the rfid already, just activate it, but don’t peel it off the original plastic just yet. Have another person in the front passenger seat and ask them to hold up against the windshield area where you want to stick it.

This is done as a precaution as some tint (notably VKool) does not play nice with rfid.
