Does the steering rack issue affect other CKD models as well or only civic? And also for 2018 batches onwards only right?

For those who have claim for the steering rack, how long you guys waited? I waited 1.5 month and still waiting with no solid reason, service center just reply not yet receive parts.....

Do you check whether water sip into your trunk when heavy rain? see whether the trunk floor/spare tyre area wet.

Mine also 2016 model.. bcos of the rubber seal, some water sip into my trunk area when heavy rain. I pull and re-adjust the rubber seal. now ok. 

If you have installed a spoiler, possibly the rust caused by the steel particle that fly around when drilling, i having the same issue but my boot did not have any leakage symptom. Just use a polish and it will be gone.

For SC, maintain a good relationship with SC it will help. I change quite a few things, e.g. my side mirror cover i change it to carbon design cover and recently my RHS side mirror motor making noise when opening out. SC just use a pen to note down for me and ask me change back to original cover again then they will help me submit the claim.
