With driver’s rear wheel absorber dropped 1.5cm compared to the passenger’s rear and scratching sound when going over hump, Will it damage it further if I drive for 1 more week? Honda only managed to schedule next week to check

My first 3 year is HIP (MSIG), 4th year is MSIG outside. |

For any insurance under MSIG, Tokio Marine, Etiqa that was not bought under HIP, can it be sent back to Honda Paint and Body for claim? They are not listed as panel workshop.
