Top up at SC should be free, I just foresee they will tell me is normal level, hot cold engine bla bla bla(read the manual clearly stated read the level on cold engine)

Alternative is add distilled water.

My car is rolling out the factory on the same year, 55k mileage, since still within warranty period so as long as prior services all followed and warranty you shouldn't need to worry much.

My car basically only send back for claim on 2 items, steering wheel 1 time, aircond making some weird noise 1 time.

change the meter info to turbo gauge to see, most of the time, it is working.

I still remember when FB coming out, everyone rush to go get FD before production cut.

did SA recommend you to look at other car or wait for new civic end of year come again?

you drive your car too little, computer haven't able to come out the est mileage left for engine oil

I'm currently using 3m, claim warranty 2 times for front c70 turn "blur/flare light distortion" issue, some other FB users comment the same issue if you park your car outdoor under hot then rain.

personal I will avoid 3m for my future car.

mine 2018 TC, 86k(agreed value), windscreen 2.3k, 500km towing, 1k flood cleaning and towing = 1.7k with Takaful Malaysia

you can try pull that rubber seal, clean see if dead leaves/dirty and push it back in.

Check if the same rubber seal already cracked? but shouldn't be... because I park my car outdoor, the seal still good

try to touch on the audio touch button on head unit

change audio source

there is button below the start button to turn it on and off btw, at least for mine

because
1. it is not a turbo issue
2. turbo issue but beyond repairable
3. SC didn't do anything and told you turbo service

my family have Civic, Myvi, Axia and 320i, all 4 cars I notice such "situation", you can experiment this yourself if you have another car:
1. you open car door during hot and humid day like 12 noon then air exchange happened(outside humid air will get trapped in the car) and same afternoon it rains then what you notice will happened.
2. you park the car outdoor stationary long enough like during MCO, air inside the car and outside will get equalised, civic is a car not space shuttle, it might be air tight but not 100% sealed, air still escape either way.
If you start the car and let air cond run a few minute then it won't happened because air conditioning suck out the water and dry the air in the car.

Personal experience - if you often park outdoor extend period - avoid 3M Crystalline tint, this kind of condition degrade the tint immediately, file claim to 3m if under warranty but wasting time to argue(with bad reseller) and the time getting it replaced.
