really wanted the PIAA silicone wiper.... and still uses the original wiper body

i viewed the cctv(not in HD) from neighbour and a CRV stopped in front and a guy took took around 20 minutes to steal it.

i can see the last 3 minutes the car started to flash 3 times but without alarm(my housemate didn't hear anything) and drive away
