Hi,

I'm a first house buyer, curious with the legal fee & disbursement which charged by the lawyer as attached.

Can anyone help whether this is reasonable?

My house is leasehold with 213,880 and loan is 203,131 (including MRTA), i was afraid might be double charge on the disbursement item.

Thank you very much
