I've been suffered palmar hyperhidrosis for the past more than 20 years and this has caused my self-esteem miserable!

I don't feel comfortable every time I shake hands with someone whether is new friends or business partners!

Recently I enrolled myself in Salsa class, and I've danced with a lot of ladies partners. My sweaty palm causing has embarrassment to me most of the time.
This embarrassment has pushed me to the corner, and I really got to do something about it.!

I've tried various methods available in the market such as:
1) Putting powder on the palm and feet
2) using anti perspiration such as Perspirex
3) Soak my palm and feet with black tea
4) Spray anti-perspiration on my palm and feet

None of it is working.

Since surgery is NO NO for me., I've to try something else.
Then I decided to get my the Iontophoresis machine.

At first, I am skeptical whether it is working for me or not, since I have palmar hyperhidrosis for the past 20 YEARS!

Still, I bought the machine and I decided to use the machine consecutive of 7 days with 30 min for each session. The palmar hyperhidrosis seems to get worst and I stopped for few months. I was though this solution is not going to work for me.

Then after few months, I decided to try that again. This time I tried to use for consecutive of 2 weeks!

Finally, there come a day where my palmar completely dry for a week! The result is incredible! The joy I had for myself couldn't describe it out.

I showed my dry palm to my colleagues and dance partner when my palm is completely dry now, I am free to do some touchy without embarrassment!

For those who suffer from palmar hyperhidrosis, I am here to help you! Message me if you need any help! I willing to share my experience about I recover from palmar hyperhidrosis to you smile.gif

I am also suffering from mild case of palmar hyperhidrosis. It has affected me for more than a decade. I finally gave up trying to seek treatment. I usually carry a few dry handkerchiefs with me at all times as I tend to wash my hands frequently when my hands get too sweaty or wet.

Hope fully there is someone in this forum who can share their success of completely being cured without having to undergo surgery.

I understand your suffering bro! I was in your shoes too for the past 20 years plus. It such an embarrassment when we shake hands with people and when we are trying to hold someone hand.
I am using this Iontophoresis Device to cure my palmar hyperhidrosis!

Great advise to you when using this device: CONSISTENT IS THE KEY! You have to use the machine daily until you achieve the result, which your palmar is completely dry.

I was skeptical when I using the device for few days, but the sweaty palm keeps coming. Then after using for 2 weeks consecutively, my palm is completely dry now!
Now I only use once a week for maintenance smile.gif

Awesome Bro. Thank you for sharing your experience and solution to your palmar hyperhidrosis. Great that the machine works miraculously for you. I am keen to give it a go. I suppose it ships from overseas. How much did you pay for it in MYR? The price from the website is quoted as USD $399, right?

I am having a good feeling knowing that there is still hope for a cure.

Thanks a million and have a great weekend.

I relentlessly have to wash my hands before and when I handle food. Depending on the scenario, when at home, I sometimes wear surgical latex gloves when preparing food. Troublesome, but at least it hygenic.

So, does it mean that sometimes the sweat will get into the food?

Have any of you run the iontophoresis treatment on your feet as well? I did it on mine and i notice that the effects/sensation on the feet is not the same as on your hands. With your hands you can feel the electric current through the hands but with the feet it feels like nothing at all. Was wondering am i doing anything wrong or if the soles of our feet are much thicker than the layer of skin on our hands that's why we can't feel it on our feet?

our feet skin are way thicker than our palm.. so if you dont feel the sensation of the electricity, then just increase the voltage smile.gif

Dear Sweaty kTards.. just to share the result here.

i started with 12V and 15min for each polarity. Did it everyday and after the 3rd time, i started to see some result (reduce by roughly 60-70%). Followed by another 1-2 times then i got it completely sweat free! rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

i was amazed by the "magic" since i do not really know and understand the mechanism behind this treatment. But doesnt matter and who cares, as long it works! rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

For now i do it on alternate day with 21V but reduce the time to like 8min/polarity, it is more like a maintenance. Soon I plan to gradually reduce the time to 5min/polarity and 2 times/week.

Again... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif Finally i am normal!

There are several solutions to address excessively sweaty palms, but not all situations are as severe as you think. Doctors can advise you on whether or not your case warrants full-scale surgery, or whether you would stand to benefit from other, more temporary solutions, such as Botox or iontophoresis.

iHEAL has the iontophoresis machine for you to try out if surgery is not your preferred option. Their founder is the most experienced in Malaysia. Installment payments are also accepted.

hi, do you still use the machine? or it already permanently gone and no need to use it anymore? Already suffered more than 20 years. Especially when using phone. Sometime the phone will detect multiple touch at the same time. So annoying. Really dont want to go for surgery.

hi, do you still use the machine? or it already permanently gone and no need to use it anymore? Already suffered more than 20 years. Especially when using phone. Sometime the phone will detect multiple touch at the same time. So annoying. Really dont want to go for surgery.

Wow! More than 20 years experiencing sweaty palms is no joke. If you don't want to invest in the machine, should consider going for individual therapy sessions.

The machine is around 1k something right? therapy is around 100 per session from previous comment. Looks like it more worthy to buy the machine instead. biggrin.gif

It should be legit since TS also bought the same device and it has proven effective for a few people. You would need to pay customs duty though for the shipment + device.

The machine is not for me. I was praising your response and refering to the other member about existing solutions. Anyway, thank you for your kind thoughts.

It's my pleasure Bro and glad to help out another person who is suffering from palmar hyperhidrosis. I never knew quite a number of people suffering from it until I came across this thread. It kind of surprised me actually.

Because the education system is not excellent, people are kept poor for 60+ years so often think and pursue wealth and eventually suffer in health. So many kind of illness plague the comman folks.

The funny thing is recently ministry of health announce they cannot take up so many doctors so there are excess medical professionals yet the sick continues to grow. It will be decades before the health sector bubble burst. Take care.

Such a sad case but yet so true with the current state of our education system. Our health care budget is shrinking year by year, no thanks to the government. I can only imagine what the future holds for our people and their welfare. Stay safe and healthy Bro ✌

What's the cost for the Dermadry device? I'm guessing that it also ships from overseas as these kind of niche devices aren't easily available locally.

Yes, it’s ships from overseas... 349usd for the whole set which include palm, feet and armpit. Nearest shipment I can check is amazon from SG. With the festive season, there’s a lot of promo too, waiting for Boxing Day.

Always love shopping with Amazon or other US retailers during the holiday season this time of the year. It's quite the bargain for that price.

For DermaDry you can get it through their website. Payment as usual using credit card but will be charge in USD, BigPay might help a bit here. I have used it for 3 weeks and happily seeing the result now.

Just finished my very first underarms treatment @ 3mA current. Just wondering, what's everyone maximum/comfortable current? How do you guys decide the level of current?

It will depend on your comfortable level, I start off at 16 for both feet and 10 for palms. Currently in maintenance period after 4 months of usage. Once a week treatment for maintenance period.
