clueless on how unscrew case joint

Salam to all pc modders..
Im intended to hack an old case. But seems like i dont know how to dissemble this joint/screw:  So, if anyone can tell me how to do it or share any website related, i would appreciate it. Btw, i even dont know the joint/screw's name.. Lol Thanks. |
