because Grab availability is not consistent i can understand why she did what she did. however, that being said, she should gracefully accept a rebook if she made the driver wait too long.

on the other hand the feeling is damn shit when we order Grab then some driver 15 minutes away take the request. wait at lobby for 15 mins really tiresome leh.
