because Grab availability is not consistent i can understand why she did what she did. however, that being said, she should gracefully accept a rebook if she made the driver wait too long.

Many of you don't realize that the driver was not only wasting 5 mins of his waiting time after he canceled the trip. He could have driven 5 mins or more to reach the pick up point...so the total of time wasted could be 10 mins or more.

Respect to the driver, i can confirm the passenger made driver waited for more than 5 mins, this princess is the one i hated most.

U waste people 5 min, 10 person in one day already 50min, imagine how much losses for the driver? Grab don't have cancellation fee fyi

apparently some riders and their supporter thinks that our time is peanuts that's why we drive grab.
they don't know or don't care that every 5 mins wasted is one job less within an hour block for incentive.

I'm confused. As if u are mixing both function uber & grab.

As far as i know only uber has cancellation fee but u cant click arrived manually bcoz its automatic. As for grab u can click I'M HERE manually, maybe earlier as u suggested but theres no cancellation fee.

And i dont think u can get the same passanger whom u cancelled earlier.

Maybe they should have an option to let people book ahead of time. Like at 6PM, they wanna book for 7PM and they know they gonna be ready by then.
