Black flurry fuzzy big dot ?

I just realised that my camera after taking a picture, and i look at it, i realised this quite big black fuzzy blurry dot, almost like an area of dirt, could it be the lens is dirty ? I wiped the lens with microfiber cloth, and still it doesn't seem to go away.

If lens wipe also still there, could be dirt on the sensor (or inside the optics it self).
