Hello Forummers,....

As what I do previously,... just would like to tap some opinions here on who (landlords) intend to increase rental at this year-end,... Is the environment condusive for rental increase now ?

I have not increased rental on some of my commercial properties for the last three years.

well, "good landlords" will survey is the business doing well or no. If it doing well, a little bit of increase will not scare the renter away.

ultimately is up to you whether the increase is necessary or no, if a few hundreds buck of increase could scare of renters and is hard to look for other occupant. You will suffer "loss" in the empty premise

Which area is your commercial property located in? Rental for commercial properties really depends on area and might not follow the overall market trend. Commercial hot spots will always command higher rental
