Hello everyone,
First let me introduce myself, I am a first time property investor, I've been looking at a few locations for long term investment (not to flip); and I've basically narrowed it down to Mont kiara.
Being a first time investor (on a budget) I've further narrowed it down to studio units (7-800sft); namely in I zen kiara I/II or in arcoris.
Any tips from seasoned investors regarding this?
Is mont kiara a suitable location?- People say don't expect capital appreciation in this area as it is already saturated.
I know no one can guarantee anything but any tips are welcome
Mont'Kiara is a choice address for expat tenants. More and more local owners do stay in Mont'Kiara nowadays. If you would like to invest in Mont'Kiara, take a good look at the secondary market rather than new launches. Avoid Jalan Kiara 3. Buy a property that could easily be rent out, as not all Mont'Kiara properties are doing well. However, do not expect great capital appreciation in the short term (this happens everywhere now).First let me introduce myself, I am a first time property investor, I've been looking at a few locations for long term investment (not to flip); and I've basically narrowed it down to Mont kiara.
