i think it's something to do with cache in msn folders. but i forgot how to delete them lol

Try this
"Clear the DNS resolver cache For Windows XP: * On the taskbar, click Start, and then click Run. * Type cmd, and then click OK. * At the command prompt, type ipconfig/flushdns, and then press ENTER. i flush my dns cache once, encouter 1 or 2 times dc then it's fine already now =D
