I thought of the idea, whereby Luffy transform Kaido into a "tontata" sized rubber character, so when Kaido do his blast breath it is like mini-version, and basically does zero to no damage.

I have no source for leaks, but regularly watch youtuber talk about the leaks.

I checked out reddit thread. they posted 3 online streaming services.... all three region blocked Malaysia... sigh....Other then that, the manga leaks are just very up to date there. and lots of discussion too.
