Since two days ago my 4g sims card gone wrong. The signal still okay, but the only problem is my mobile data only received line E(2g,actually cannot use even send a short message on social app) available for me. I never receive 4g line in these day even my account still activated and also i bought the internet pass(still have 1.3gb). Wherever i go it still doesn't received 4g line. Only sometimes i got H+(3g) line but not lasting. I wonder this is my sim card problem or hotlink line problem. Before these two days my sim card still working well, i still can use my 4g line. Can someone help to solve my problem?
