No idea. Maybe cause the guy who installed it did not install it properly. And dust is accumulating at the sides. I dropped it at an angle, since I was charging my phone and I accidentally kicked the cable. =_= But alls good. The SP also restricts my typing in the sense that sometimes when i press it does not register on the phone. I just removed it and its working as it should. So the SP from Spigen is useless. Dont use it. And I forgot the name of the SP. I know the brand is spigen, cause I trusted spigen cases. I might change another one.

Anyone have any recommendations? Let me know here please. In need of one urgently, i worry my flip case will scratch the screen.

Sometime i wonder why some people prefer to try cheaper alternative like x one, neo flex, or any sp / tg that cost rm40 to rm100 each? Buy few, apply, not satisfied, trial and error few times, if u add up the total cost, u might as well go for clear coat or hao tg one shot which are already proven they are the most recommended pet sp and tgsp. And most importantly, they stick well and last long.

For those who have slapped on custom launchers, can you confirm if the screen off memo still works? Are there any features that are only exclusive to stock launcher? I'm itching to switch back to Nova for aesthetic reasons, haha.

I just bought a wireless power bank just for the sake not needing to open my charging flap on my defender case. Hopefully able to detect as the Samsung convertible fast charger only able to detect if placed nicely centre on the pad flat. In vertical mode cannot detect if using defender case.
