Yupp is possible but only if the split unit is wall mounted near the ceiling.. even nicer if install cassette type.. eliminate all the hideous piping issue..

i think if only for cornice, need to find contractor who are doing other project nearby your place.. can get better price..

for me, i hacked the wall and conceal.. pray that copper pipe won't give me any headache..
