Got one question, say for plain design, in term of plaster material, what is the diff between RM2.8psf vs RM3 or 3.2 psf one?

depends on the area size.. coz we are from Nilai.. if only small area size, will have to charge lump sum..
so it's better to find nearer contractor, from our experience, which will charge u cheaper rate..

we used 9mm plasterboard.. same as most of installer.. price diff mainly is because of the location, type of house, etc. not much of material..

pricing is always according to installer, but customer has a right to choose what suits them best.. cheap is not always good, expensive is not always bad.. check on the work done before choosing one.. just my 2 pound

Completed project for one bungalow in Sg Pelek, Sepang.

Flat and L-box for the whole house. PVC wooden for more outstanding look.
