Just got called from Pos Malaysia, yup my parcel is being detained from Kastam and I already appointed them to pay first on behalf.
However they did inform that Kastam will open the packaging of the parcel. Is it norm for them to do that? is there any risk of my item being damaged or lost in the process? |
