4. we have our strategy running our business. remember 5-6 years ago we keep selling at very low price in forum end up lowyat dealers and others retailers complaint the online sellers until we get no supply. but now the situation look like terbalik. We have to sell and listed at SRP only can get the stock supply, when we forgot to update the pricelist then kena shoot also. when customer bought cheaper from us then post at web also we kena shoot. so the only thing we can do is give more rebates on PC building and lifetime service. for new members maybe not sure, but you can refer back the members who really active here 5-10 year ago.

5. It is true we just purchased a new building beside the tesco ampang in mid of 2017 and just moved to new building on 1/8/2017. If you really check our shop layout, we are trying to treat all walk in by face to face consultation and more PC display in the shop to show the customers the differences of the products. our old shops was very pack and sometimes we really out of space to talk to customers and I saw some reviews was saying we are so busy typing/reading at monitor/doing the PC and no entertain them. This is the reason why some of them saying we are arrogant etc.

6. our business focus on PC building, it's not meaning we only build high end PC. the qty of PC price from RM2k to 5k around 150pcs per month and remaining are the high end over RM5k-20k. normally we will post the PC which over RM4k at FB. that make someo of you have perception said idealtech only sell to rich guys.

7. at other shops, the seller will give u whatever you list down and quote you the price. in idealtech we will ask you to listen to us first before you choose. not many vendor/distributor can do the good job in RMA in long run in my experience of 10 years in this field. However we can just tellig to our customers some of the parts we sold to them have 6 or 7 years warranty and anything we will responsible for the RMA because our business run for 10 years already in market.

8. end users buy product A , because the price is cheaper and warranty life is longer. dealers sell product A because it has something benefits in the purchase from distributor and not need to push the products also ppl will buy. dealers never deny for any products with higher cost as long as got end users ready to spend the money. sorry i cannot disclosure much about the business with product A.
