Dont look on the numbers,but the reason why are them not qualified for the loan.bank wont simply reject loan application where they could make more business by lending out to people.yes,the young population definitely afford the 300k loan provided they dont buy latest foreign cars,dont pile up bad debts,dont go starbucks and travel oversea,and dont get personal loans.I work as a banker and most of the applications being rejected due to excessive bad debts.

passed by skyawani 2 in the afternoon, location near ppr flats and kampung...and can see his brother skyawani 1 not too far with the ugly coloring

but the unit itself looks really crampy... i think the last proper bedroom reli not necessary... overall the general areas of skyawani 1 looks very classy though... i think skyworld put alot effort on general areas and facilities... not so much on the unit itself... my fren's unit alot of minor defects....
