Noticed YouTube seems to be buffering to much lately since last 2 days. Even signal was good and speedtest showed good speed. Also only starting with 360p below, smooth youtube streaming. Tested while in PJ area (work place) and in Klang (home).

Anybody experiencing the same issue?
