Yup..no CS in person..but have bot named fuzzy..for me its better using bot then in person..
Got few issues and the bot have settled it..

Its a new kind of CS..where you type it in the apps..and the matter can be resolved..either quickly or take time..depends on your ticket issued..

If your want to MNP from other telco..the best is to MNP first to Hotlink..then activate it through ookyo apps..it's a simple method you can activate it with in 3 hours..some get 5 minutes..

If you want to MNP direct to ookyo..a lot of user complain their numbers took 2 -21 days to activate..
