Hi, I'm interested in this Ookyo. But when I read though the comments at Google app store, it's 90% negative, poor customer service, crashing app, draining the 8G data even when using the 4 selected app while vpn is on, etc...
Is it that bad? I really hope its not, cuz the plan appears to suit me quite well. Thanks for your input

I ported out from tune talk to hotlink (Maxis Centre told me compulsory to pay RM30 which will be top up in my new hotlink account after ported in). However, after ported into hotlink, I did not check the credit, I straight away ported to ookyo...
After activation of ookyo, there's no credit at all in my ookyo account..
I thought all credits in hotlink account will be automatically transferred to the new ookyo account?

Got a message saying Ookyo unlimited calls with RM8 only ends after today, those already subscribed can continue using it... Does it mean, continue using it until end of the current cycle only or can keep using it until we stop it?

I ported in from Tune Talk to Hotlink in order to port in to Ookyo.
I have done it for another number previously with no issues.
But this time when I tried to port in from hotlink to ookyo, it says, sorry you're not able to port in this number to ookyo. Perhaps take a new number with us!
Can anyone enlighten me? What has gone wrong?

I called up hotlink, I was informed that my number is not found in their registration at all, they will sort it out.... But already 2days now, still no news.
I wonder how I can use hotlink to make calls, buy hotlink packages, but my number is not registered under hotlink. I'm practically not belonged to any telco now.. I'm like a child born by a foreigner parents living in Malaysia illegally, no IC, no identity, no health benefits...
I wonder whether I can switch owner under this circumstance..
Anyone faced similar problem before?

I used to use Vibe 200 with 20GB per month, now it's only 10G per month. The call quality is quite poor, most people had to call me few times just can get through...but it was tolerable with 20GB...
My plan is to port to a maxis/hotlink/ookyo for its call quality.
