 ookyo Unlimited Prepaid plan, Social or entertainment ?

If VPN does not work in IOS, what will be the impact? Does the data speed reduced or there will be no unlimited data for the 4 chosen apps?

Funny that Ookyo did not develope VPN for iOS to capture this market.
