Okay heres the story. I lost my phone last last week, thats 24/4/2019. So my Ookyo sim card went hilang as well.Then immediately, I request a new sim, but they took a week plus to deliver to me. Maxis always like that. When wanted to port out it will give you a lot of trouble. Not like other telco within 48 hour sure can port out.
I wanted to port out because the way they handle things a bit like a scam.
Buying a product from nowhere, no company name and no enquiry line.........Is this a valid business?
