i want to port in thru hotlink but yesterday went to maxis store they said hotlink prepaid is not available due to the new flex plan.
now my only option is from umobile to ookyo.
usually how long can get done?
i have 8 days left for my umobile active status.

simcard already in my hands yesterday, but in app still stuck at order created. so not activated yet. how long ar? already spent rm31.80.

1) No did not request for termination.

I forgot to top up and my last top up was on 13/11/2018. Yesterday i received a message saying, "sad to see you go" i was shocked. Then i did chat with Fuzzy under case number #45274 but they keep saying the number is already been terminated. I did mentioned to them that i had difficulty top up on ookyo and also using the service because my phone died and i was using dual sim phone.

2) already pass the grace period of 50 days

It is coming out as sim not provisioned... cannot use at all
