Yes..data and sms n call can have different activate period..ex..your data activate on 1 Oct and you buy your add on for call on 3 Oct..you cannot surf or use the unlimited data since your base account is in grace..but can call n sms up until 3 Oct..I don't know why..

The reason is..i activate my data n call on the same day every month..but the plan is only for 30 days..in each month sometime have 30 or 31 days..and my call is not in due later than data..data end first..than call n sms later..
