ookyo's own vpn..cannot use others or it will considered using the 5GB data..

From my testing this plan only work for the first device which which has ookyo VPN install coz that how their VPN works. Other devices that want to to used the same line thru other means will only drawn from 5gb quota instead.

To answer ur question, it will drawn from based quota.

I face a big problem
Last friday morning I port one number at 815, it success
after that I port another number by using same log in around 840. payment success, but did not port in.

I do it again around 11am, this round payment success and port success by using different credit card.

Now I check my bank statement, it charge me RM31.80 for two transactions (one is success, one is failed)

my another cc also charge me RM31.80.

Since they do not have customer service email, how should I contact them? i try to chat with them but no one entertain me......

I think this consider like using phone hotspot before u using vpn on pc emulator which act as second device. So it most likely to used based quota instead.

I could be wrong tho.

Report to the bank. They will be able to reverse

worst telco. no customer service hotline. call maxis they say it is prepaid need to call hotlink. hotlink said even though they associate company but cannot access ookyo customer information. in APP live chat very slow respond. everyday give same no answer. port in 7 days. only can receive call. cannot reload. reload RM10 thru credit card. money charge. but credit not in. cannot access data. Maxis this service make your name worse.

Of coz, u need to wait to port out first before toping up ookyo. Last time because of celcom, i need to wait about 3 days to port out. Using ookyo right now. Didnt have any problem.

my ex-telco already cut my line 5 days ago. i don't think is my ex-telco problem. if got problem like payment. they will not cut my line

Is your VPN already active. Last time when i receive the new sim card from Maxis, i put it in the sim tray and can already use along with my old sim card before MNP but cannot topup. It using the number from maxis (alien number). It takes me 3 days after recieve the sim card to Mnp.

After mnp, i can only topup using topup card because i got problem with my TAC number.

Port you number first to Hotlink..after success..install ookyo apps and register it..

I'm doing this method and it took me less than 2 hour to activate it..and now a happy user..
