No one is going to assist u when prob arise. Their livechat representative are damn fckin stupid. Simple question took them 3 tix to understand.
There's no directline I can call to shout at to escalate case. They just hide behind the fckin livechat app repeating the same question. I think I need to do a mass shootings in their HQ to get things done. |

If one can stand using VPN to connect to internet. Then, this plan is actually better than Hotlink Postpaid Flex as we can get 5Gb with unlimited calls and sms for RM38.

Seems the pack of RM31.80 with GST..unlimited calls for RM8.00 can be use from Hotlink top up..

If on VPN using the unlimited apps, does it stop the data coming from the 5GB high-speed internet?
For example is I were to choose YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit, what would happen to WhatsApp messaging when the VPN is on? Any users please clarify  |
