it doesn't make any sense, i book from traveloka to australia, then i tried directly from Malaysian airline. MAS gave cheaper by a bit.

They have lowest price guaranteed actually.

But you know, the company is from Indonesia and they are just travel agent. So maybe they cant secure the best deal in other countries yet..

Try to use the vouchers. The discounts are not bad.

And also try to change the country settings to indonesia..they have lots of promo and discount vouchers for flights and hotel. Price range not that far..

I'm used it all the time to book flights. Recently, can't book AA flights. MAS ok. Malindo also can't book.

Use their discount voucher.

worth for hotel but not sure about flight, seems like not much discount for flight coz if flight is 1k, then get 80 ringgit discount seems too less.

i did try this traveloka last month, during my way from johor to pennag. i stay 1 night at kepong . quite ok to get a cheapest and good serve hotel.

TLDR: Price for Return increases after you choose your Departure flight.

i ALMOST used it. but then i notice something fishy,

When you choose your Departure flight, the Return price ticket will increase.

Example: Initially, Return tix was RM85, after I choose my Departure, the Return suddenly become RM175.

Brought this up with Traveloka, they say its the carrier that constantly changes their price. and i should refresh my browser to get the latest price.

I refresh my browser and its STILL RM85. but again only change upon choosing your Departure.

I did try the app and booking hotel experience was a bit chaos.

First, my Amex credit card payment was said by them as unsuccessful although Maybank says it was successful. I even called Maybank CS to confirm.

Then I tried to pay using CIMB credit card, TAC all ok. Then, the payment page give error message as unresponsive.

I ended up paying using CIMB debit card which also uses same gateway as my previous CIMB credit card before. Weird, I guess they just want confirmed payment, not delayed payment by credit card.

For others, I just wanted to give advice, although their price are cheap, if you can book through other website for airline booking, please do so. Apparently, their booking system for airline is quite troublesome and not really reliable as reviewed by customers on Feefo and Trustpilot.

For hotel I think it's okay although I have a little bit doubt on it for now as I will make my travel at the end of next month. Fingers crossed it got no problem.

Dear all, pls be aware of this promotion from Fave. The voucher stated clearly that this is for first transaction as per booking ID, instead of PASSENGER NAME. My friend has ever helped me booking the flight through Traveloka but I have never used my account to book before. Firstly, they told me I couldn’t use the voucher code because I only can book through app. In fact, the voucher stated that we can book through Traveloka website or app. Secondly, they told me I have made a booking before. In fact, the booking was booked through my friend’s account, not me. I have spent RM50 to buy this voucher. They only told me that I’m no longer eligible to this voucher and asked me to look for other EXCITING VOUCHER COUPON on their website. Do you think I will give them another chance to increase their company revenue again?
