Without any price tag guide, I think ..... D Heights & Bangsar.

I dont think you can find low density areas within 15km.

Damansara Heights is nearer/next to Bangsar

Sri Damandara is after Kepong and Bukit Maluri area.

If you want below RM 1 mil, I think you have to let go G&G and low density

Paying less than RM1m within 15km to CBD is diffiicult. Expand your horizon, I think you should be able to find one.

BK area us ok. Many houses there within your budget. The old phases may only be guarded but not gated. You have the Star LRT line. If you dont like to drive, you can take the train. Pusat Bandar Puchong and Bandar Puteri shoul also meet your budget.

I cant comment on driving time as I dont live there and drive that direction.

But if you ride the LRT, it should be around 50mins to an hour. Either you alight at Masjid Jamek or the Pasar Seni station and walk to your work place.

With the intro of the LRT extension and MRT, I am now using it for travelling most of the time unless I need to buy bulky or heavy stuff or if travelling with family members. Bear in mind that the train will not sent you to the doorstep ... walking is necessary.

But if you need to drive, go ahead. Is just that the train gives you an option where some areas dont have it. Think of the scenario if you dont have a car for a week.

With what I have stated above, buy a house near the train stations for better price appreciation and sought after areas in the future.
