If the owner of a landed property has passed away and wills it to his beneficiaries.
Say the market value of said property is RM1 million.
Grant of probate extracted.
What will be the cost to get a new land title issued under the name of his beneficiaries? Will it still be based on market value or a nominal amount as it is parent to child?
I understand, there's:
1. The legal fees
2. Memorandum of Transfer Fees
3. Stamp duties
4. Others(?)
What are the costs of each component? Any difference between different states? Eg. KL vs Selangor?
