Need some sifu feedback here... TLDR this morning I kena a rather big rock in the middle of highway and found out my bumper cabut after I back home. On the pic, the last clip which the screw supposed to lock the bumper and body is broken. Is there a way to fix this? cry.gif

Looks like the bumper plastic mounting have bee torn off. If it uses screws to join the bumper to fender that mean the plastic around the screw hole(s) have been torn off. If that's the case, then you can probably loosen the screw joints, push the bumper back into place, and retighten the screws. Hopping the screw can contact the remaining bit of plastic around the hole and hold the bumper in place.

If that doesn't work, then choose either professionally done or desperate McGuyver style?

It's the screw hole broken(rather fragile I would say...) sad.gif didn't realize the impact that huge. Bodykit also kena scratched underneath but I'm fine with that. I did try to unscrew and screw back and the result isn't satisfy(still noticeable). My temporary solution which I would do these few days is to use those adhesive tape to hold it until my 10k visit. Any other brilliant ideas? lol

Well then, either repair it professionally by using fibreglass to patch up the hole and drill a new hole to mount the screws, then putty and paint the exposed fibreglass patch (if it can be seen).

Or the desperate way is to use bonding epoxy to fill in bumper gap, then push in the bumper and use clamps/clips & lotsa masking tape to hold it in place while the epoxy cures.

Noted. Will try my way 1st and see how it goes. If it works then I'll leave it as is lol.

Just ask your SA to do his/her job lo or tell their boss to settle fast. It's not customers' responsibility to know this...
