I never own a property before. Is this a good place to get as my first unit? Any suggestions please! Need help.
For first property, you may start with the property with lower monthly installment. (not exceeding your capability to pay monthly repayment)Secondly, ask yourself is this house for your own stay or investment? If own stay, does it provide you the convenience like travel to work?
Thirdly, is the entry level suits your cash flow?
To me, I bought 2 units for investment. Simply because the price for a FREEHOLD property is consider cheap at this area. And the entry level is also reasonably low. Despite of size (if you are looking for huge size with low price per square foot, then sorry this is not suitable for you), all the factors including connectivity and future development are worth to own a unit (or more)
I would suggest you to visit the sales gallery. I can get my panel bankers to help you on your loan application. Touch wood, if worse come to worse if all the banks rejected your loan application, you can still get refunded in full*. (ask me how). Who knows your loan approved and you will own a good unit at such great location?
Just my two cents and that is how I started to own my first property.
