Recently I realize my card doesn't give me x5 point anymore.. I not sure izzit due to gift card or not so active on grab.. Lol

Grab Ambassador card then yes. this card is gold. better register the card so that can be able to check online. nope don't even need to maintain platinum or Ambassador status.

Is Mesra Grab Card status updated monthly?
Yes. Although GrabAllStars Reward Tier status is updated on the 2nd of every month, the status of Mesra Grab Card will only take effect on the 15th of every month. Refer to scenarios below:

Scenario 1:

I am on the Platinum tier (5x Mesra Points entitlement) in May 2017.

I have moved down to Silver Tier in June 2017 (new status updates every 2nd of the month).

I will still enjoy my 5x Mesra Points from PETRONAS until the 15th of June. From 16th of June onwards I will only earn 1x Mesra Point with my Mesra Grab Card.

Q: What do I need to do to qualify for the Grab Mesra Fuel Savers Programme Rebate?

A: All driver-partners who are Silver, Gold and Platinum status in GrabAllStars programme are entitled to opt-in for the programme to claim the bonus points. Additionally, driver-partners would need to spend a minimum of RM300 or RM600 to be entitled for the points rebate the following month.
