Hi, I'm working in a US MNC so I already have a trading account under Fidelity Netbenefits which was used to purchase my company shares under Employee Stock Purchase Plan, question is, can I use the same account to purchase other US shares on my own?

No. NetBenefits is only for ESPP share selling.
