Which area in penang? I'm using redone postpaid.

Suggest you invest a little bit of time and money to test with prepaid first.

Hmmm u must know your specific location lo. My home area, Digi has better coverage than maxis, but due to congestion, Maxis has smoother connection than Digi. Umobile at my home area is only good when I stand by the window. Once inside my closed window room, umobile is random at certain locations in my home. Places where I go in penang Island, umobile is good.

I use Digi prepaid, Maxis Broadband and Umobile UMI30. Haven't tested Celcom so I dunno.

i know my area SUngai Ara Maxis is really poor, worst when inside the house ....... Previously i'm ok cause only travel home once or twice a month, but now i relocate back to pg .... i think maxis is no no for me now.

Sungai Ara. I previously went Sungai Ara see house with my gf. Conveniently test my internet connection. Umobile is kinda good if you ask me. Tried at those condo near imperial residence and those near sungai ara Petronas. Tested Pisa Corner food court and Umobile also good. Not sure about others, but maxis and Umobile wins for good connection. Digi lose. But if u say value for money then umobile
