Satyam company, Interview process?

Hi,
I've juz received an offer letter from Satyam. Join date will be 27th August 2007. But, i can't reach ________ to nego the date. I'm in a dilemma after read all of the comments here. Bad impressions bout the Satyam... but when thinking my low pay here...  Either to accept the offer or to reject it. Any comment from the seniors about my future boss? and other stuff?
