Besides the location and price, you will be a step ahead your competitor if your unit has the "wow" feeling ... meaning, the moment your potential buyer walks in and when they leave, they still have the "wow" feeling with them.
Appoint one or two (max) agents to handle your property if you are busy or you are not a sales person. Everybody can try to sell but not everyone can close a sale. Many agents doesnt mean your property sells quickly. Ensure your agents expose your property to the maximum. Monitor their advertisements. Pretend to be a 'buyer' and call them. Hear how their response to enquiry. If he is lousy, sack him. Appoint another one. If he is good and closed the sale eventually, pay him for his service. Dont negotiate on his fee pls. Cheers. |
