 unable to access to xiaoyi camera, connect to xiaoyi camera help

Dear Maxis,

yesterday i successful to switch from unifi to maxis home fibre.During with unifi i have no issue to connect to xiaoyi camera.Since switch to maxis yesterday i can't connect to the camera until now & i can't monitor my house when i was not around.Can i know any special ip settings that can guided for me to connect to the camera?

you need change to public ip first

Same issue here, i can't access from outside even changed the ip frim private to public.

kindly advice...

Have you done port forwarding? No firewall blocking? You got your DDNS all set up?

Xiaomi camera is cloud camera, need to setup port forwarfing and ddns? R u sure?

My bad bro. I'm slightly distracted at the moment and did not notice it was the Xiaomi camera that you're referring to. Yes, it is cloud camera. In that case, I'm not sure why that is.

Make sure your router DNS settings is auto; not some google IP 8.8.8.8 will solve the problem.

i have been trying to establish connection not succesful, do not know why.

the connect was 100% but later said "No Authorization to access local network"

 

Change to:
| Lo-Fi Version
0.0152sec    1.32    5 queries    GZIP Disabled
