I have apply quantum from Public Bank however they have registering a mobile number that I never heard I have no choice but to request freeze the credit card (afraid the card been stole) until i have time go to branch to change mobile number again.

When I call PB CS and ask why I cannot receive SMS to activate my card. After did verification, the CS told me it is register under different mobile number. Your case should be better, because I don't receive SMS inform me my card was approve.

That CS suggest me to walk in to branch as they cannot change for me, I know public bank is very strict in personal details. So I have to walk in after I come back to Malaysia.

I am regret to get their card, the CS has wrongly put my mobile number to wrong one then I went to branch to fill up form to change it.

Already been thru 1 week, they never have action. While call their hotline, no one pick the call, this piss me off. Going to terminate their card anywhere, if no one pick the call what happen if i have any emergency issue? This stupid bank service SUCK

I believe their banking servicing isn't that bad, however they hotline very bad. Call their hotline most of it would be hang up, I have no choice but to call card center everyday force them to fix my issue.

I just activate my public quantum card by setting new PIN, however when I try to made online purchase in lazada the client hang for long and transaction was unsuccessful. But when i use Maybank credit card to purchase, it went thru.

Is it because I never ask them to activate sms or some sort of this? Fist time use their card, feeling they aren't user friendly to customer.
