Hi all, I tried apply a credit card by sending the signed application form and the supporting documents to pbcs_online@publicbank.com.my, but one week passed already still no response (no email/sms), what should I do now? Call them to check?

So i just called PB to check my application status and it say my application is not successful. They don't even give a reason. What should i do now if i want to apply again? Go to a branch directly?

Hi all sifu,
I tried to apply a Quantum credit card through online 1 month ago but got rejected. I called to CS but they said the management didn't give a reason why the application got rejected (seriously?).
My annual income is more than the requirement, I always paid off my other cc on time, my PTPTN is paid auto debit every month. Basically my record is very clean. I seriously no idea why i got rejected.
Any advice on what to do now if I want to apply again? Go to a branch and apply again manually?
BTW: I don't use any product with public bank before, not even have a saving account with them. Does this affect anything?
