Did talk about that with customer service thru phone. They said it subject to management approval. Will try to ask my branch later, you know that if FD placed money will be appearing thru online? Like when log in my internet banking, it will show the money i deposited.

I'm trying to get confirmation with you guys here, since calling their centre engaged 24/7.

I want to apply Public Bank Quantum CC, so need to register account, and want to apply for PBe.
However, the aunty over the counter said that I need to pay charges for some security device if i want to register for PBe (personal).

Is this normal practice by PB?
Do i need to pay the device charges if i were to apply PBe?
Is there any other charges to apply for PBe?

For personal online banking, there's no TOKEN for it. Only business online account need it.

If currently you are not a PB customer, there's no way you can register an online account.

Note:
The daily third party fund transfer limit per customer is shared between all fund transfers performed on the same day to other PBB accounts, Instant Transfer, IBG, RENTAS, Remittance and Western Union.

* The fund transfer limit can be maintained online at Profile Maintenance/Change Daily Transfer Limit up to a maximum of RM20,000-00. Single transaction limit is up to RM10,000 with PAC.

** The daily fund transfer limit can be increased beyond RM20,000-00 to a maximum of RM50,000-00 at any PBB branch. For that, you are required to use a SecureSign token for all transactions, regardless of amount.
