A few reasons:
1) Inactive dealers - their postings were outdated (i.e. no longer provide that service or not enough "stock")
2) Dealers' credit card monthly/weekly cash back quota has finished (they use credit cards to make bill payment too)
3) Ignorant dealers - almost all bill payment dealers are part-timers (some of them take long time to check orders until overlook expiration dates)
4) Fake/Unethical dealers - purposely create postings to obtain contact details from customers (*disclaimer: I do not rule out this possibility because you may receive tons of spam messages after revealing your private information)

Nevertheless, some bill payment dealers are really good and ethical, providing discount to customers.

Fair enough, this really sum up the cons of shopee bill payment (and also applicable to other online shop)

Yup I know all that. I have my own plan to make full use of the cards. My expenses alone monthly is super high. And after due calculations , it’s much more worth it for me to get the cards by pledging FD. As it is the 35K and 20K would be lying idle in my savings accounts. So might as well let these amounts do little work for me and at the same time help me reap the most out of my expenditures.

Since pledging FD is also locking your fund for a certain period, why not just place the money into a promotional fixed deposit rate (>4%) instead of lying it idle in your saving accounts? You will earn much more than cashback from PBB cards.

Just curious.

When I apply , I’ll apply for principal plus 5 or 6 supplementary card’s together. I involve my family members in the expenses of the household. Coupled with the 6x/10x weekly rewards , I stand to get 15-16% cashback per principal card.
So in a year , the amount I save from my otherwise routine expenses , is worth a lot compared to whatever I get from placing those funds in FD.
Besides , there are enough funds in FD.

I see bro. That explains a lot. It takes time and effort to manage so many cards but if you can fully utilize it, the reward is better than FD. thumbsup.gif

frustrated with "YES". Been using their line since 2 years +, suddenly my Zoom cannot get signal. Now Zoom must put outside house to get Internet. Reported case. They told me "sorry, no coverage".
So using for 2 years+ consider no coverage.
& the frustrated part, they not going to look into it. Going to terminate them and subscribe to unifi even better.

OT, but you can consider Digi Infinite 150 plan if you are looking for mobility.
