Not sure if this is the thread, I'm trying to pay downpayment for a car on this card... gonna be near 6 figure... the seller wanted to charge me 1.5% + GST as "extra charge".
Anyone knows where can I complain to Visa/ABM? I'll pay the charges then make a complaint against them... |
