I didnt get any cashback for week 4 too. Should I clarify with customer service?
Any transaction which is not eligible?
Dates are transaction date and all above rm50.

Thanks. I received the PAYONLINE confirmation at 10am 22 August. very competitive if the quota fully redeemed so fast. Nowadays PAYONLINE always take longer time to send confirmation. Will see next week result.

I didnt received CB for week 4 & 5 too, but CS told me quota cut-off time is Monday afternnoon, some of my transactions completed Tuesday night, so he not even want to check further.
Please report back if any update.

Updates for missing cash back for week 4 & 5.

Report via email a week ago and received reply today informed that management has approved for Cash Back entitlement.

thumbs up to them and very efficient. cashback transactions reflected in my account.

No reason given. So I have no idea whats going wrong. You can use VS to qualify the swipes. Anything goes wrong just feedback to customer service and get it resolve. Anyway, others using VS for TM and still can get reward without any issue.

Yes, the customer service told me no need to do anything. He noticed duplicate authorization code, so should be duplicate transactions.

I had same issue and the transactions were reversed yesterday.
