Tried applying for Visa Signature for a family member via ringgitplus by pledging FD with the branch. Also emailed ringgitplus explaining to them I did that. According to CS when I called them , should not be a problem.

Just call up PB to check on Week 8 cash back status and it's still pending as per CS.
CS have no idea when it will be credited.

Applied the Quantum Master through RinggitPlus.
Took 3 days to process and got the card quickly.

I am regret to get their card, the CS has wrongly put my mobile number to wrong one then I went to branch to fill up form to change it.
Already been thru 1 week, they never have action. While call their hotline, no one pick the call, this piss me off. Going to terminate their card anywhere, if no one pick the call what happen if i have any emergency issue? This stupid bank service SUCK

As advised by CS, she went to a branch and gave her thumbprint and immediately change the new phone number and successfully used the card 1 hour later. If thru phone call or card centre, they can change the number but only effective 1 month later due to security reason.
